OFFICIAL RULES — GUTZYAIDEN $1,500 GAMING PC GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND THE FREE METHODS OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. MINORS (UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE) MUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO PARTICIPATE.

1. Sponsor.

The Gutzyaiden $1,500 Gaming PC Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Gutzyaiden LLC, 910 Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Suite 120 359, Roseville, California 95678 ("Sponsor"), operator of Gutzyaiden.com. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook), TikTok Inc., X Corp., or any other social media platform.

2. Sweepstakes Period.

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on November 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on November 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.

3. Eligibility.

Open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are (a) legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and (b) 13 years of age or older. Eligible entrants who are less than the age of majority in their state of residence (a "minor") must have a parent or legal guardian's permission to participate. By entering, each minor confirms that such parent or legal guardian has agreed, on the minor's behalf and on their own behalf, to be legally bound by these Official Rules and to sign and return all necessary documentation if the minor is selected as a potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to contact a minor's parent or legal guardian to verify their agreement to be legally bound by these Official Rules and their consent to the minor's participation; failure to complete any such verification to Sponsor's satisfaction may result in disqualification. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, whether or not related, are not eligible. Entry constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter.

There are three methods of entry. Entries obtained by any method are placed in the same pool and have the same chance of winning per entry.

(a) Purchase Method. During the Sweepstakes Period, place an order at Gutzyaiden.com using the email address you want associated with your entries. You will automatically receive one (1) entry for every one U.S. dollar ($1.00) of the price of the products on the order after any product-level discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, order-level discounts and gift cards, rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. Products are sold at their regular price; no part of the purchase price is a payment for entries. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or charged back before the drawing forfeit the associated entries.

(b) Online Free Method (Alternate Method of Entry). During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://gutzyaiden.com/pages/giveaway and complete the free entry form with your full name, email address, state of residence and date of birth. Each completed free entry form will receive one (1) entry. Online free entry is limited to one (1) online free entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. No purchase, payment, follow, subscription or purchase of any product is required to use this method. Free entries are included in the same drawing and have the same odds per entry as purchase entries. By submitting the online entry form, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor as described in Section 13; you may unsubscribe at any time.

(c) Mail-In Free Method. You may also enter for free by hand-printing your full name, email address, mailing address, state of residence and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mailing it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Gutzyaiden LLC, Attn: Gaming PC Giveaway Free Entry, 910 Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Suite 120 359, Roseville, CA 95678. Each mailed card received will receive one (1) entry. Limit one card per envelope; there is no limit on the number of envelopes a person may send. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026 and received by December 3, 2026. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced or illegible cards are void.

(d) Entry Limit. There is no limit on the number of entries a person may accumulate through the Purchase Method or the Mail-In Free Method. Online free entries are limited to one online free entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means, and entries submitted using multiple email addresses, identities or accounts, are void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter, who must meet all eligibility requirements. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void.

5. Prize.

One (1) Grand Prize: one Skytech Chronos Mini 2 gaming desktop PC (model #1649-B), specifications: AMD Ryzen 7 7700 CPU, AMD Radeon RX 7600 GPU, 32GB DDR5 RGB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, Windows 11 Home. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,579.99. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,579.99. The prize is awarded as-is with any manufacturer warranties only; Sponsor makes no further warranty. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute components or the prize with one of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Shipping to a valid U.S. address in an eligible state is included.

6. Odds.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by all methods during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification.

On or about December 4, 2026 (within 7 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period), one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with the entry within 3 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 5 calendar days of the first notification attempt and, within 7 calendar days of request, (i) complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release, (ii) provide documentation satisfactory to Sponsor verifying age and residence (for an adult potential winner, a copy of valid government-issued photo identification; for a minor potential winner, documentation from the minor's parent or legal guardian that Sponsor deems satisfactory), and (iii) provide a completed IRS Form W-9. If the potential winner is a minor, the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful), W-9 and any other prize-claim documents must be signed by the minor's parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf and on their own behalf, and the prize may be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or return documents on time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries; up to three (3) alternates may be selected, after which the prize may go unawarded. Sponsor may publicly announce the winner by first name, last initial and state.

8. Taxes.

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The ARV will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC as required by law.

9. Publicity.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, voice, city/state and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation.

10. General Conditions.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes, or any portion of it, if fraud, technical failure, human error or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor will award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the termination date. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, YouTube, Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Inc., X Corp., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including attorneys' fees, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of the prize, including without limitation: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors of any kind, including those related to computers, servers, providers or software; (c) lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, garbled or undeliverable entries; (d) printing, typographical or other errors in any Sweepstakes materials; and (e) injury, loss or damage to persons or property, including death, resulting from participation or from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer online system, server, provider, computer equipment or software, or for failure of any entry to be received due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.

12. Disputes and Governing Law.

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Entrants agree that in no event will they be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, and any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter, and further waive any right to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Privacy.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://gutzyaiden.com/policies/privacy-policy and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, to contact the winner, and for Sponsor's marketing. By submitting the online entry form, the entrant agrees to receive marketing emails from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any such email. Unsubscribing does not affect any entries already earned.

14. Winner List and Official Rules.

For the name of the winner (available after December 4, 2026 for 60 days) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Gutzyaiden LLC, Attn: Gaming PC Giveaway Winner List / Rules, 910 Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Suite 120 359, Roseville, CA 95678. The Official Rules are also posted at https://gutzyaiden.com/pages/giveaway-rules for the duration of the Sweepstakes.

16. Severability.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
