If you are reaching out trying to get an update on your order, first we apologize for the delay.  We have had a huge influx of orders with both the Black Friday Sale and the current Holiday Sale.  Since we do print all mousepads to order, this has created quite the backlog but we are doing our best to catch up.
 
Reminder on the Holiday Order Cutoff Dates as they were posted on the homepage banner as well as the top of every page since 12/1/24.
International - 12/3/24 - any international orders placed prior to 12/3 will be shipped with International Express option to arrive prior to Christmas.
Domestic/US - 12/10/24any domestic orders placed prior to 12/10 will NOW BE SHIPPED WITH FedEx 2nd DAY AIR to arrive prior to Christmas

 Order Date Update
11/30 - 12/10 Expected to ship on either Friday 12/20 or Saturday 12/21 with FedEx 2nd Day Air to arrive on either Monday 12/23 or Tuesday 12/24
12/11 - 12/19 These will not ship prior to Christmas as we are currently at about a 12-14 day print/package time while we catch up on orders
