Can I return or exchange my pad?
Yes. You have 15 days after your order arrives to request a return or exchange. The pad needs to be unused and in the condition you received it. Email gutzymerch@gmail.com to start. Return shipping is on the customer, and there's never a restocking fee.

What sizes do our mousepads come in?
Deskmats:
- 18" × 16" (457 × 406 mm)
- 36" × 18" (914 × 457 mm)
- 48" × 24" (1219 × 610 mm)
All sizes are 5mm thick with a smooth cloth top, stitched edges and a non-slip rubber base.
ProLine V2: 500 × 500 mm (19.7" × 19.7"), 4mm thick, hybrid weave, stitched edges.
Glass: 500 × 500 mm (19.7" × 19.7") tempered glass core, micro-etched surface with a speed coating, silicone anti-slip base.
Will sold-out designs come back?
Some do. We restock based on demand and requests, so if a design you want is sold out, email gutzymerch@gmail.com and tell us.
Who makes GutzyAiden pads?
We design every pad ourselves: the art, the top surface, the base and the thickness, and have them made to our spec. Built for gamers, setup enthusiasts, creators and everyday use.
When will my order ship?
Every order is printed and packed for you in 3–5 business days, then shipped with the method you pick at checkout. US delivery usually takes 3–5 days after that; international orders 1–2 weeks depending on customs. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it ships. Shipping policy
How do I clean my pad?
Spot clean with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, hand wash in cool water with mild soap, rinse, and lay flat to air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or bleach.
