I’m having an issue with my mousepad where one of the side flaps/edges will not lay flat no matter what I try. I’ve tried flattening it, leaving it on a completely flat surface, and several other methods, but the edge still stays raised. I also realized that the pad doesn’t fit properly on my desk because of the way that section is sitting. I believe there may have been an issue with the packaging or shipping that caused the pad to arrive this way. I’ve tried contacting support through the contact page, but it isn’t currently working for me. I’m posting this review in hopes that someone from GutzyAiden can reach out and help me with a replacement or another solution. I really like the pad otherwise and would just like to get this issue resolved. Thank you!
This is my second Gutzy Aiden Mousepad I have got and it’s amazing. The first one I had was a snow swirl, and it was amazing but after a year I wanted to switch the design. This mousepad has super good glide, stitching, and print quality. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean white mousepad.
